In order to cook deep-fried croutons, you can use any bread, it all depends on your preferences. Optionally, you can diversify the appetizer with ground pepper, paprika or any other spices to taste.

- Bread - 0.5 Pieces (any)
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 Liter
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Deep-fried croutons"
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the bread into cubes, about 1 cm wide.
Heat vegetable oil and deep-fry the bread slices. Watch the temperature, if it is too low, the oil will be absorbed deep into the croutons, and if it is too high, they will instantly burn out.
Transfer the prepared croutons to a paper towel and, while hot, season with salt to taste.
Then, we are not lazy, we take each toast in our hands and rub it with garlic on all sides.
We serve croutons with any sauce to taste. Enjoy your meal!
