Ingredients:
- Millet - 70 Grams
- Water - 240 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Dried Garlic - To taste
- Italian Herbs - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 150-180 Grams (in their own juice)
- Parsley - 10-15 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to cook "Millet porridge with tomatoes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the millet thoroughly, then pour over boiling water so that it does not taste bitter. Pour in water, salt and cook for 20 minutes after boiling. Finally, cover and let sit for another 20 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry all the spices for a couple of seconds.

Add tomatoes in their own juice, after peeling them. Large tomatoes can be cut into cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.

Then add millet porridge. Salt to taste, heat everything together over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Add chopped parsley at the end.
