How to cook "Pork kebab in citrus marinade"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into pieces the size of a matchbox. Transfer to a bowl.

Peel the grapefruit, squeeze out the juice.

Wash the oranges. Squeeze juice out of one. Remove the zest from the second. Mix.

Combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir.

Season the meat with spices. Stir.

Take a baking bag. Put the meat in it, pour in the marinade.

Tie a bag. Flip the bag from side to side. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 3 hours. If put in the refrigerator, then for 6 hours.

30 minutes before frying, open the bag, season with salt to taste, tie, stir and leave until the end of the marinating. Prepare a charcoal grill. The coals should be covered with white ash. Place the meat on the caps. Fry, turning over for 30-40 minutes.

When poked, a ready-made shish-kebab releases clear juice and is covered with a golden brown crust. Remove from heat and serve hot on skewers.

Enjoy your meal!
