How to make Pear & Plum Pie

Prepare your ingredients.

Place cream cheese in a bowl, beat in 1 egg, add 0.5 bags of vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of regular sugar.

Mix the creamy curd filling until smooth with a mixer or by hand.

Add salt, baking powder, 0.5 bags of vanilla sugar to the flour, mix.

Put softened butter, sugar into a bowl for kneading dough, beat in 1 egg.

Whisk the butter mixture, add the flour mixture, knead the dough.

Gather the dough into a ball.

Sprinkle flour on the work surface of the table, divide the dough into 2 parts, roll a "sausage" out of each part.

Make two rectangles out of the dough.

Make small sides of the dough, lay out the curd and cheese filling. You can emboss the sides with the back end of the teaspoon.

Arrange the pear and plum filling in alternating rows, brush with a thin layer of jam or preserves on top to add gloss.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake the pies at 180 degrees until tender; this will take about 15-20 minutes.

Serve chilled completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

This elongated cake is very easy to cut and easy to serve. I am silent about the taste, it is amazing!
