Below I will tell you more about how to make sesame bread. For this recipe, I prefer using a mixture of black and white sesame, but you can get by with just one white. It turns out more delicious when it is slightly fried in advance.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 2 Glasses
- Rye flour - 1 Glass
- Water - 280 Milliliters (warm)
- Yeast - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sesame - 2.5-3 Art. spoons

How to make "Sesame Bread"

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift both flours, add salt and sesame seeds. Stir.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in a little warm water. Leave until they rise.

Pour in the diluted yeast and gradually water. Knead the dough well. About 7-10 minutes, it should be smooth and soft.

Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, shape the dough into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and store in a warm place for 40-60 minutes, until it doubles in size. Then add the remaining butter to the dough and knead.

Roll 3 flagella out of the dough and braid a pigtail. Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave in a warm place to rise slightly, about 20-30 minutes.

Brush the bread with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top for decoration. Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
