- Agar-agar - 10 Grams
- Sour cream - 400 Grams

How to make "Sour cream jelly with agar-agar"

Prepare the ingredients for making sour cream jelly.

Pour 50 ml of agar-agar with cold, boiled water. Let it swell for 30 minutes.

Put the sour cream in a bowl.

Add powdered sugar to taste.

Stir in the sour cream and powdered sugar. If you have 25-30% fat content of sour cream, then you can beat it. Heat swollen agar-agar until completely dissolved, cool and add to sour cream with powdered sugar.

Slice the banana and add to the sour cream with powdered sugar and agar-agar.

Stir all ingredients.

Divide the mixture into bowls or in one dish. Send in the cold until completely solidified.

Then put the jelly on a plate.

Sour cream jelly with agar-agar is ready. Serve for dessert.
