- Young zucchini - 250 Grams
- Bow - 80 Grams
- Potatoes - 300 Grams
- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Beans - 150-200 Grams (canned)
- Cauliflower - 150 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste

How to make Vegetable Stew with Zucchini and Beans

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel potatoes, wash and dry, chop coarsely. Peel the onion, cut into large half rings.

Rinse and coarsely chop the cauliflower, add to the vegetables.

Rinse and chop the mushrooms coarsely.

Also cut the young zucchini into medium pieces, add to the vegetables.

Heat some oil in a skillet, add vegetables and fry for 8-10 minutes.

Add beans, spices. Add a little water or broth, simmer covered for 25 minutes over moderate heat.
