How to cook "Carrot cutlets with raisins"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a medium grater. Place the carrots in the skillet.

Add milk and butter to the carrots.

Simmer the carrots for 12-15 minutes over low heat.

Grind the carrots in a blender, transfer to a bowl. Add sugar to carrots.

Beat the chicken egg into a bowl.

Place the semolina in a bowl.

Add raisins next.

Stir everything well, let stand 15 minutes.

Form the patties, fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.
