We will cook the "Air coat" salad with vegetables and herring. Vegetables, if desired, can be baked or simply boiled - as you like more. We will mix each layer with mayonnaise in advance, so in the end it will turn out to be more tasty and tender, the salad will be immediately ready for serving. - Beets - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Herring fillet - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Mayonnaise - 3-4 Art. spoons
- Vinegar 9% - 0.5 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
How to cook "Air coat salad"
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onion, chop finely. Cut the herring into small cubes. Place the onion and herring in one bowl.
Add some vinegar, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
Peel and rinse chicken eggs. Grate eggs on a fine grater and mix with mayonnaise.
Grate potatoes on a medium grater, combine with mayonnaise, mix.
Then grate the carrots and also mix with mayonnaise.
Grate and season the beets in the same way.
Place the first layer of potatoes, on top of some herring and onions.
Next, a layer of carrots.
Some onions and herring again.
Next, a layer of eggs, herring and onions.
Top with the beets. The salad can be served immediately.
