Quickly, simply and inexpensively make khychins from pita bread and feed your family a delicious breakfast or serve them as a snack. You can easily take such pastries with you on the road, on a picnic, to work and to school. Don't forget about hot drinks.

- Lavash - 2 Pieces (thin)
- Cheese - 200 grams (lightly salted)
- Dill - 0.25 Bunch
- Butter - 30 Grams
How to cook "Khychin from lavash"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Grate lightly salted cheese. If the cheese is too moist and soft, then freeze it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Rinse the dill, chop and add to the feta cheese. Stir the filling.
Cut the lavash sheets into three horizontal pieces about 10-15 cm wide.
Put about 1 tbsp on the edge of the lavash strip. l. fillings.
Wrap on one side, forming a triangle, distribute the filling evenly inside.
Then roll up one or two more times so that all of the filling is inside and the slices are not exposed. Cut a strip of pita bread and put the filling on it again, form the rest of the blanks.
Preheat a skillet without oil and place the slices on top of it. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Watch out for the workpieces, as the lavash burns very quickly.
Flip the khychins over to the other side and bake for the same amount of time.
Put hot khychins on a plate, brush with butter and serve hot with aromatic tea or coffee.
