Cooking description:
The dough for making buns should be kneaded in water or milk. Yeast can be used dry or fresh. Remember to grease the buns with egg yolk or sweet water before baking.

- Egg - 1 Piece
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons (2 tablespoons - in the dough and 1 tablespoon - for sprinkling)
- Water - 0.5 cups
- Dry Yeast - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Raisins - 70 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make "Freckle Buns"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour warm water into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and dry yeast. Stir.

Pour in vegetable oil and add salt, stir.

Beat the egg into another bowl, add sugar (1 tablespoon) and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture into the dough. Stir it up.

Add flour. Knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour.

Pound the risen dough and knead well again.

Add raisins. Stir the dough again.

Form balls of equal size, place them on a baking sheet, which grease with vegetable oil.

Leave the buns on for 30 minutes. When they rise, brush them with yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Send the buns to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.

The result is such soft and airy buns!
