How to cook "Oatmeal cutlets with mushrooms"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour oatmeal into a bowl, pour boiling water over and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater and squeeze out excess liquid. Finely chop the onions, parsley and dill. Grate the champignons on a coarse grater. Pass the garlic through a press.
