How to cook "Manty on kefir"

Prepare all ingredients.

Whisk the egg and salt in a deep bowl.

Add kefir.

Mix everything and add flour in parts.

First stir everything with a spoon, then, when it becomes difficult to stir, continue kneading with your hands.

The dough should be firm and elastic. Gather the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and let sit for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the meat into small cubes. The smaller you get, the better. You can take any meat, but give preference to the pulp with a small layer of fat.

Add finely diced onion, salt to taste and spices. I add black pepper, cumin and ground coriander.

Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Cut a piece from the dough, roll it out with a sausage and cut into pieces.

Dip each piece in flour and roll in a circle.

Place the filling in the center.

And shape the manti in any convenient way.

Lubricate the grill of a mantool or double boiler with oil and lay out the manti. Steam the manti for about 45 minutes.

Serve ready-made manti on kefir with sauces or just like that, decorate with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
The filling can be very diverse, for every taste.
