How to cook Chicken Puff Potatoes
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash potatoes and onions. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Cut the chicken fillet into small slices. Place 2/3 of the chicken on the bottom of the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the onion into half rings and lay out the next layer.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, put half of the potatoes on the onion. Season with salt to taste.
Then add the remaining chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. And the leftover potatoes. Beat the egg with a fork and mayonnaise, and using a silicone brush, brush over the dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
