- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Red Lentils - 100 Grams
- Water - 250-300 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Greens - 1/4 Bunch (parsley, dill)

How to cook Lentil Potato Stew

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onions, cut the tomato into medium-sized cubes.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the onion in a little oil.

Add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes. Stir, salt and pepper.

Pour in water, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes.

Add washed lentils. Stir. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes.

Finally, add the garlic and chopped greens passed through a press. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
