How to cook "Beef heart in a slow cooker"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and add grated carrots.

Peel the onion and cut as you like. Add it to the bowl with the carrots.

Place the bowl in the multicooker, turn on the "Fry" or "Fry in oil" mode and cook the vegetables for 7 minutes with the lid open, stirring.

Wash the beef heart, dry it, cut off fat and films. Cut it into thin strips.

Add the heart to the bowl to the sautéed vegetables and continue to fry everything together for 8 minutes.

Add tomato paste and stir.

Pour water over the fried heart with vegetables. Salt, pepper and mix everything.

Close the lid, turn on the "Simmer" mode and cook the heart for 2 hours, until tender.
