Incredibly colorful and flavorful, punch can be made in 15 minutes using whatever berries you have in stock. The drink will pleasantly warm the whole body, give lightness, relaxation and a cheerful mood. It is advisable to serve it for dinner.

Ingredients:
- Strawberry - 150 Grams
- Blueberries - 80 Grams
- Red currant - 80 Grams
- Water - 700 Milliliters
- Sugar - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Cognac - 150 Milliliters
- Cinnamon - 2 Pieces (sticks)
- Allspice - 2-3 Pieces (peas)
- Star anise - 1-2 Pieces (stars)
- Lemon - 0.25 Pieces

How to make Berry Punch

Prepare the indicated ingredients. If making punch in the wintertime, use frozen berries or berry puree.

Rinse the berries in water, remove the tails, leaves and pour into a saucepan or ladle.

Cut a quarter lemon into slices and add to the bowl along with granulated sugar, spices and herbs. You can use ground cinnamon instead of sticks, add cloves if you like their taste in drinks.

Pour in hot water and place the pan on the stove, boil the compote for 5-8 minutes so that the berries defrost and give the liquid their color, aroma and taste.

As soon as this happens, turn off the heat and pour cognac or brandy into the compote. Buy high-quality alcohol, otherwise it will ruin your whole drink! Mix everything gently.

Pour hot drink into glasses, cups or pitcher and serve. It is advisable to cook a little more punch, because each of the guests or family will want more!
