How to make Gluten Free Pancakes
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, add granulated sugar and salt there. Salt must be added - it emphasizes the sweetness of the baked goods.
Beat the chicken eggs for 2-3 minutes and pour in cold water, beat everything thoroughly again.
Add cornmeal and stir gently to prevent lumps from forming in the dough.
Pour in vegetable oil and stir again. The pancake dough is completely ready!
Heat a frying pan on the stove and pour a ladle of dough onto it, round and bake the pancake on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Serve fragrant pancakes warm with jams, honey, syrups or sour cream.
