Mussels are juicy and aromatic, carrots and onions are also marinated here. In principle, this version of mussels can be served as an appetizer or salad, or it can be served altogether as an addition to rice, potatoes, mashed potatoes. You can choose any spices, in our version we use a special set for Korean salads.

Ingredients:
- Mussels - 300 Grams
- Carrots - 150 Grams
- Bow - 70 Grams
- Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Spices - 2 Tbsp. spoons (for Korean carrots)
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons

How to cook "Korean Mussels"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Prepare your lemon.

Grate the carrots with thin strips, transfer to a deep bowl.

Add onions to the carrots.

Boil mussels for a couple of minutes and transfer to vegetables.

Heat the oil well, add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and spices.

Pour the marinade into the mussels and vegetables, stir everything well and leave for a couple of hours.
