- Chickpeas - 250-300 grams (boiled or canned)
- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 4-6 Pieces

- Mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - To taste

How to make "Chickpea Salad with Capers"

Prepare all ingredients.

Grind the chickpeas in a food processor or with a fork. The mixture should turn out to be heterogeneous so that the chickpea pieces meet.

Chop bell peppers, capers, pickles and green onions into small pieces.

Add all vegetables to a bowl, stir.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salad in the pepper serving ring. Top can be garnished with capers and green onions.
