- Milk - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Wheat flour - 45 grams
- Corn flour - 45 grams
- Vanillin - 1-2 Pinch
- Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Chocolate - 30-40 grams
- Hazelnuts - 30-40 grams
- Hazelnut paste - 2.5 Art. spoons
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
How to make "Hazelnut Cookies"
Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a bowl.
Add flour, vanillin, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir again.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and hazelnuts. Add to bowl, stir.
Add hazelnut paste at the end. Knead the dough well. If it turns out to be too crumbly, you can add another 1-2 tablespoons. milk.
