How to cook "Onion cutlets"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the onions into small cubes, put them in a bowl for kneading the dough.

Beat in a chicken egg.

Season to taste.

Add wheat flour.

Stir the dough so that there are no lumps. The dough should be thick, like a pancake.

Heat oil in a skillet, spoon pancakes. Grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Then turn the patties over and fry for a couple more minutes until golden brown.

Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
