How to cook "Cauliflower in Orange Sauce"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine coconut oil, Dijon mustard and miso paste, add a pinch of salt and garlic powder.

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences. Brush it with the resulting sauce. Bake the cabbage for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the batter, combine milk, flour, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter, then in the breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry until crispy. Then place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

For the orange sauce, squeeze the juice from the oranges to make 1 cup. Then combine orange juice, soy sauce, hot chili sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and ginger. Heat the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until thickened.

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.

Enjoy your meal!
