- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 cups

How to cook "Mannik from mother-in-law"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine cereals, kefir and sugar in a deep bowl. Stir and let sit for 30 minutes.

Add flour.

Mix everything again. Add oil and baking soda.

Stir the dough until smooth.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Add cocoa to one, and the same amount of flour to the other.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Put 2-3 tbsp. light dough. Put 2-3 tablespoons on top in the middle. dark. Then again 2-3 tbsp. light.

Do this one at a time until the dough runs out.

Take a toothpick and slide it over the dough from the middle in different directions. You can come up with your own drawing. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
