Vanilla extract can be substituted for vanilla bean. Cinnamon can be added to the coffee if desired. You can serve the coffee hot, or add a couple of ice cubes to it, which is more important on a hot day.

- Coffee Beans - 1-2 Teaspoons
- Water - 50 Milliliters (for espresso)
- Milk - 150 Milliliters (fat content not less than 3.2%)
- Jerusalem artichoke syrup - To taste
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon

How to make "Vanilla Latte"

Prepare all ingredients.

Heat the milk in a ladle to a temperature of about 60 degrees.

Pour the milk into a whisk container. Use the cappuccino maker to froth the milk.

Brew a strong espresso. Add vanilla extract and Jerusalem artichoke syrup to coffee, stir.

Pour the frothed milk into a latte glass.

Then pour in the coffee in a thin stream.

Vanilla latte is ready!
