- Chicken fillet - 250 Gram
- Thin lavash - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Ground paprika - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon

- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons (any fat content)
- Leaf lettuce - 3-4 Pieces (sheet)

How to cook "Grilled chicken in pita bread"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Optionally, you can grill sliced potatoes or courgettes with the chicken.

Rinse the chicken fillet in water, cut off the veins and films from it, dry with a paper towel. Place in a deep container, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with ground paprika and pour in vegetable oil, massage the fillet so that it is completely enveloped in the aroma of paprika, leave for 20-30 minutes. Garlic can also be used if desired.

Preheat the grill and place the chicken fillet on it, fry until tender for 10-15 minutes, depending on the power of your technique.

At this time, grease half of the pita bread with mayonnaise of any fat content or garlic sauce. Rinse lettuce leaves and place over mayonnaise. Rinse the tomato, cut the stalk and cut into slices. Spoon the slices over the lettuce leaves.

Cut the hot chicken into pieces and place on the tomato slices.

Gently roll the pita bread so that it does not break.
