How to cook "Kokosanki with cottage cheese"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour cottage cheese into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.

Add powdered sugar.

Add the coconut flakes.

Put the coconut oil at room temperature and mix everything well.

Beat the cooled egg whites into a stable foam.

Add proteins and a spoonful of sifted flour to a bowl of curd-coconut mass. Mix everything gently.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put portions of the curd-coconut mass in a checkerboard pattern. We bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
