Pizza with quail eggs is made from yeast dough in water. The recipe is simple and affordable. For the filling, in addition to quail eggs, I used cheese, boiled sausage, tomatoes and a little onion. It turns out very nutritious and delicious!

How to cook "Pizza with Quail Eggs"
Prepare the ingredients for the dough.
Prepare stuffing products.
Dissolve the sugar and salt in warm water.
Crumble the yeast and stir.
Pour in a little oil, the dough will be softer and more elastic.
Add wheat flour.
Knead the dough and leave under a towel for 1 hour.
The dough became fluffy, increased by 3 times, wrinkle it.
Roll out the dough about 1-1.5 cm thick, place on a baking sheet. Brush the pizza with ketchup, distribute the filling: tomatoes, chopped sausage.
Put onion cut into thin half rings on the pizza, break the quail eggs and put them also on the pizza, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Finished pizza can be supplemented with a small amount of fresh herbs, such as dill. Enjoy your meal!
