- Vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Mannik with halva"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Pour semolina into a container, pour in kefir, stir and leave for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour and baking powder.

Add eggs, beaten a little with a fork, sugar to the swollen semolina and mix well.

Pour in vegetable oil and stir.

Pour in the prepared flour mixture, stir well until smooth.

Pour the dough into a baking dish.

Spread the crushed halva evenly on top and send the form into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Mannik with halva is ready. Enjoy your meal!
