How to cook "Whey Bread in a Multicooker"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Pour in 1/2 cup whey, slightly heat to 36 degrees. Add sugar, yeast. Stir and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

As soon as bubbles appear, the dough is ready to work.

Pour the remaining whey, dough, vegetable oil into the bowl. Stir.

Pour in flour, salt.

Knead a soft and firm dough. If during the kneading process, the dough will stick to your hands, add a handful of flour. Stir in well, grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again. Transfer to a bowl oiled with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

After an hour, the dough will noticeably increase. Do a workout. In a multicooker, grease the bowl with vegetable oil and turn on the "Warm up" program for 3-5 minutes, then turn it off.

Transfer the dough to a preheated bowl. Close the lid and let sit for 15 minutes. Then turn on the "Baking" program. Bake for 45 minutes on one side. After the time has elapsed, use the steamer bowl to turn the bread over and bake for another 45 minutes.

Remove the finished bread from the multicooker bowl.

The bread can be served warm or completely cooled.
