How to cook "Shurpa from stew"

Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut and place in a saucepan. Fill with water and place on the stove.

Put the stew from the can on a plate.

Peel, wash and chop carrots and onions. Place in a skillet. Add the fat from the stew. Simmer vegetables lightly in a skillet with fat.

Add the carrots and onions to the potato pan and continue cooking the shurpa.

When the vegetables are ready, add salt, ground black pepper, bay leaves, and chopped tomatoes to the soup.

Place the stew in a saucepan.

Cook the soup for another 7-8 minutes and turn it off. Add chopped garlic at the end of cooking.

Serve a hearty, tasty and aromatic soup for lunch.
