How to cook "Lean manti with potatoes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour water into a deep bowl, add salt and vegetable oil.

Add flour in portions.

Knead a firm and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Gather the dough into a ball, cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. The less you get, the better.

Add finely chopped onion.

Add vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste.

Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Cut a piece from the dough, roll it into a rope, then cut into pieces the size of a walnut. Dip each piece in flour and roll in a circle.

Place a tablespoon of potato filling in the center.

Pinch the manti in any convenient way.

Grease the grid of a steamer or a manti cooker with oil and lay out the manti. Steam for about 45 minutes.

Lean manti with potatoes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
