A wonderful fruit jam, which is on sale all year round - apples and oranges are prepared very simply and relatively quickly. Aromatic, tasty, rich in vitamins and microelements, it will become a wonderful dessert for guests and family.

How to make "Apple Jam with Orange"
Prepare the ingredients for making apple and orange jam.
Wash and peel the apples.
Do the same with the orange.
Core the apples and cut into thin slices.
Finely chop the orange, removing the pits. I had a seedless orange.
Place the sliced fruit in a saucepan or heavy-bottomed pan.
Pour in 50 ml. water and simmer the orange and apples until soft. You should not pour a lot of water: the fruit will let a lot of juice.
Then beat with a blender until a puree consistency. Can be rubbed through a sieve.
Add sugar to taste, stir and cook until thickened over the lowest heat.
After 30-40 minutes, the jam will be ready.
Spoon the jam onto a plate. It should keep its shape and not spread.
Apple jam with orange is ready. Serve for dessert.
