Ingredients:
- Kefir - 0.5 Liter
- Serum - 0.2 Liter
- Potatoes - 150 Grams
- Radish - 80 Grams
- Cucumbers - 100 Grams
- Sausage - 150 grams (boiled)
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Sour cream - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Greens - 50-70 grams (dill, green onions)
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Citric Acid - To taste

How to cook "Ukrainian okroshka"

Prepare all ingredients. Boil potatoes and eggs in advance.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in a deep bowl or saucepan.

Then cut the cucumber into cubes, if you wish, you can remove the peel from the cucumber. Add cucumbers to potatoes.

Then wash the radishes well, cut into cubes and add to the vegetables.

Dice the sausage and add to the vegetables.

Peel and dice the chicken eggs and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Chop all the selected herbs finely and transfer to a common container.

Season okroshka with kefir and whey, add sour cream, salt, pepper and citric acid. Stir and let sit in the cold for 30 minutes.
