Prepare your ingredients.

Combine eggs with sugar and salt.

Beat eggs with sugar, and then add vegetable oil and milk. Whisk everything again.

Combine all dry ingredients: baking soda, flour, baking powder. Pour it all into the dough and add cocoa.

Stir the dough very well.

Pour in boiling water, stir.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with any oil, pour the dough into it.

Send the bowl to the multicooker, close it with the lid. Set the Baking program for 60 minutes if you have a multicooker with a power of 900 watts. If you have less power in the multicooker, then bake the cake for at least 1 hour 30 minutes.

Combine sour cream with sugar, beat everything well with a mixer.

Cool the cake, cut into three parts, cool. Lubricate all the cakes with sour cream.
