How to make a Jellied Cupcake

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with sugar until light foam appears.

Add flour and baking powder.

Whisk.

Cover a baking dish with parchment, pour half of the dough. Spread the sliced apple on top.

Pour the remaining dough over the filling and garnish with apple wedges. Sprinkle the apples with sugar and cinnamon, if desired. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Cool the finished jellied cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
