How to cook Rice Noodles with Mussels
Prepare your ingredients. Boil water and cook rice noodles for 4 minutes.
Peel the onions and bell peppers, rinse and cut into cubes.
Rinse the tomato, dry it. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Heat oil in a skillet, transfer vegetables and mussels. Fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Add rice noodles, all the spices and some soy sauce to the vegetables. Stir and serve immediately.
