How to make "Vinaigrette with sprats"

Prepare your ingredients. Boil the beets, potatoes and carrots in advance.

Thinly chop the cabbage, pour in a tablespoon of lemon juice, add salt, sugar.

Use your hands to remember the cabbage until soft.

Add green peas and finely diced onions.

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

Dice the carrots into cubes and add to the bowl with the vegetables.

Cut the beets into cubes and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. This will "seal" the beet juice and it will immediately color the vinaigrette in burgundy color.

Add the beets to the vinaigrette.

Add chopped herbs to the vinaigrette, mix.

Serve the vinaigrette with the sprats. It turned out to be a wonderful combination of flavors. Such a dish can decorate any festive table. Enjoy your meal!
