Cooking description:
Agar-agar is a vegetable substitute for gelatin, which is obtained from algae. It is used in the manufacture of jelly, marmalade, sweets, jellies and jellies. Kissel on agar-agar turns out to be transparent, in contrast to jelly cooked on starch. Agar-agar has no specific taste, so the drink retains the taste of berries.
