How to cook "Pie" Sissy "with apples"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Melt the butter and cool. Combine the cooled butter with sour cream, eggs, cognac, vanilla and half the sugar. Beat with a mixer.
Mix flour with baking powder and sieve. Enter into the liquid mass. You should get a homogeneous dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.
Wash the lemon and apples. Cut half the lemon into slices with the skin, remove only the seeds. Punch the lemon with a blender and the other half of the sugar. Peel and core the apples - cut into pieces. Stir apples with lemon.
Stir the fruit into the dough. Try to distribute them evenly.
If you use a silicone mold for baking, you do not need to lubricate it. If any other - grease with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper. Lay out the dough.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top for a caramelized crust. Because when serving, I turned the cake over - the crust remained at the bottom. If you also turn it over, you can pour sugar on the bottom of the mold, and then spread the dough. This will create a crust on top of the cake.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
