How to make "PP Rice Flour Pancakes"

Prepare your ingredients.

Take a deep bowl, beat in a few large chicken eggs.

Add the sugar substitute and salt to the eggs and shake with a whisk.

Pour milk into a bowl.

Add hot water, but not boiling water!

Add rice flour to a bowl.

Mix everything with a mixer, add oil. Leave the dough to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Preheat a frying pan, brush with oil, pour in a little dough. Fry the pancakes on each side for 30 seconds.
