How to make Biscuit with Soda
Prepare the ingredients for making the biscuit.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Wash them with warm water first.
Beat a little with a mixer.
As you gradually add sugar, continue beating the eggs.
Beat until the mass has increased in volume by 3-4 times and becomes fluffy. This will take at least 8-10 minutes.
Then add soda quenched with vinegar or lemon juice to a bowl.
Gradually add the sifted flour and mix the dough very gently.
Place the dough in a baking paper dish. There is no need to lubricate the sides of the mold. The diameter of my mold is 20 centimeters.
Bake the biscuit in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a dry wooden stick. When pricked in the middle of the biscuit, it should come out dry.
The biscuit with soda is ready.
Cut the biscuit into three cakes lengthwise, layer the cakes with cream. Or simply slice and serve with tea.
