Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 400 gram
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 5-7 Pieces
- Cabbage - 300 Grams
- Rice - 100 Grams
- Tomato paste - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 100 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece

How to cook "Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls with potatoes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the cabbage in a blender or using a meat grinder.

Boil rice in salted water until tender.

In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat, onion grated on a coarse grater, boiled rice, chopped cabbage, salt and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Form the minced meat into small meatballs and coat them in flour or breadcrumbs.

Place the cabbage rolls in a preheated skillet and fry them on both sides over high heat.

Combine sour cream, tomato paste and sugar in a deep bowl. Stir and pour in water in portions (about 2-2.5 cups).

In a baking dish, place the potatoes cut into wedges and the bell peppers, cut into small strips.

Spread the fried cabbage rolls on top.

Pour in the tomato-sour cream sauce (it should cover the cabbage rolls by about half). Cover the tin with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
