How to make Apple Dry Dough Pie
Prepare all ingredients. Put the butter in the freezer in advance, it should be well frozen.
Combine flour, sugar, semolina and baking soda in a deep bowl. Stir.
Grate apples on a coarse grater. If the skin is very tough, then it is better to remove it.
Grease a baking dish with oil and distribute 1/3 of the dry mixture evenly.
Top with half a serving of grated apples, crush them with a fork.
Then repeat the dry layer and the apple layer again. Sprinkle the remaining dry mixture on top. You should have 2 layers of apples and 3 layers of dry dough.
Grate the butter on a coarse grater and distribute on top. Bake the pie at 180 degrees until golden brown on top.
