How to make "Egg Bread in a Bread Maker"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Break 2 eggs into a glass and add warm water to 200 ml. I needed 80 ml.

Take a bucket of bread maker and place the food according to your instructions. In my case, liquid ingredients come first. Then dry: flour, sugar, salt, yeast.

Add soft butter at the very end. Place the bucket in the bread maker. Set the mode to "Special", the time is 3 hours 40 minutes.

Turn on the program and watch the mix. When a lump of dough forms, slightly sticking to your hands, close the bread maker and do not open until the signal.

After the beep, take out a bucket of bread and transfer it to the board. Flip on its side and refrigerate. Then you can serve it to the table.
