Cutlets with rolled oats and minced meat are a complete dish for a family lunch. You can use any minced meat: chicken, pork or mixed. From minced chicken, cutlets can be fried quickly, about 20 minutes, from minced pork for at least 30 minutes, so that the cutlets are well fried inside.

How to cook "Cutlets with Hercules and Minced Meat"
Prepare your ingredients.
Combine the minced meat with the oatmeal. Use any mince. I twisted the chicken fillet in a meat grinder.
Add the diced onions.
Beat the chicken egg into the minced meat.
Salt and pepper the minced meat, stir. Let stand 15-20 minutes for the rolled oats to swell.
Heat oil in a frying pan, lay out the cutlets with a spoon dipped in water. Start frying the cutlets.
Fry the patties for 7-8 minutes over low heat, then turn over and fry for the same number of minutes, until they are lightly browned. Minced chicken cutlets are fried quickly. Due to the rolled oats, the cutlets will swell and become even more lush.
