It can be sorted out and sliced. Our soup turns out to be lean, but if you want, you can add sour cream and add a boiled egg to a portioned plate.

How to make Meatless Nettle Soup

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Finely chop the onion and pour it into a saucepan with boiling water.

Add chopped carrots and parsnip root.

Cut the potatoes a little larger and pour them into the pan with the rest of the vegetables. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add the thinly chopped celery stalk. Add salt. Let's prepare the garlic, add it before turning it off.

Pour the nettle into a sieve. We put the sieve in a bowl. Pour boiling water over the nettle. Drain the boiling water and rinse the nettle well.

We sort out the nettles, chop and pour into the soup. Add the garlic with the nettle. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat.

Nettle soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
