Mayonnaise with mustard powder is ideal not only for dressing salads, but also for marinating chicken or pork meat for barbecue, baking in the oven and on the grill. It can also be served with a ready-made dish, for example, with shawarma, boiled potatoes, fried or boiled sausages.

How to make "Mustard Powder Mayonnaise"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can use a little more egg yolks - 3-4 pcs. Remember that poultry yolk mayonnaise will be a brighter, yellowish orange.
Carefully separate the yolks from the whites in the chicken eggs. Remove the proteins and make another dish out of them, they will no longer be needed in the recipe. Put the yolks in the bowl of a food processor or in a deep container if you beat the mayonnaise with a mixer, blender. Add salt, granulated sugar, mustard powder there. Sugar is added in order to activate the bitterness of the mustard powder.
Whisk everything for 3-4 minutes until the mixture turns slightly white and becomes smooth. It is very important to beat thoroughly, because if you do not beat the yolks, then the oil will not combine with the yolk mass.
In a thin stream, start pouring in high-quality vegetable oil: olive, sunflower, sesame, but without a bright aroma. Take your time, it is very important to do everything gradually, so that with each whipping, the butter interferes.
When the mayonnaise is ready, pour the lemon juice into the container and beat again. Lemon juice can be substituted with apple cider vinegar or 6% vinegar.
Put the finished mayonnaise with mustard powder in a gravy boat, bowl, container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for no more than 3-4 days - the sauce quickly deteriorates, as it is made from natural and fresh ingredients.
