How to cook "Herring under a fur coat on waffle cakes"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets in advance. Cool vegetables in ice water.
Peel the vegetables, grate with fine cells in separate containers. Add a pinch of salt to each of them and 1 tablespoon each. mayonnaise of any fat content. You can add a little more mayonnaise to make the spread more juicy and tasty. Mix gently.
Spread the first waffle crust with potato mass.
