How to cook "Shawarma" Caesar "

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse the chicken fillet in water, cut off films and veins from it, cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chopped fillets in it and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on each side. If you wish, you can add a little soy sauce after this and stew the meat.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise of any fat content, mustard and lemon juice, mix everything well.

Put the pita bread on a board, brush with the prepared sauce.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, cut into ribbons and place over the sauce.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine mesh grater, sprinkle the sliced lettuce on top.

Wash the cherry tomatoes in water, pat dry and cut into slices. Place the tomato slices in a random pattern on top of the salad.

Put the fried chicken last - also in a chaotic manner, without going over the edges of the pita bread.

Gently fold the edges along the entire pita bread, tucking the filling inward.

Then roll the pita bread into a roll, not pressing hard so that it does not break. If this happens, all the juice will drain out during toasting.

Preheat an electric grill or grill pan and add the prepared shawarma. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown so that the pita bread crunches when slicing and tasting.

Cut the shawarma in two and serve hot.

If desired, the dish can be supplemented with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your meal!
